What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, have all tags attached, and are in their original packaging. Please note that customized outfits are not eligible for return.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and AWB number. You can also track your package directly through the 'Track Order' section on our website.
What payment methods do you accept?
